What we do

Hi, I’m Molly. I set up my Yoga studio at Meadowside in Llandaff, Cardiff in 2019 a few months after celebrating my 50th birthday and have been teaching Rishiculture Hatha Yoga since 2017 to students ranging from teenagers to wonderful wise souls in their 90s! My Yoga journey began as rehabilitation following several back operations and I'd like to share the gift of yoga with you.

Who do we support

Yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, size or ability.
I will always try to offer adaptations as required.
You can attend group or private 121 classes on-line or in the studio.

Thur 10.30-12 (Insole Court)
Thur 12.30-1.30 (Zoom)
Thur 6.30-7.30pm (studio)
Fri 9.30-10.45am & 11.15-12.30 (studio)
