What we do

Through Torfaen Health Sport & Fitness team and expert partners we are offering help and support for new and expecting dads within Torfaen.

It's a 10 week Free programme covering a range of different areas and topics. Also, a chance to meet dads within the area.

Who do we support

For new and expecting dads within in the Torfaen area. This can be .husbands/partners/single dads.
