Have choice and take control
Wellbeing4Me is a term time service in Resolven and Port Talbot for children and young people aged 0-25 with a disability, offering sessions to encourage and support development. The service is open to children with and without a diagnosis, enabling children pre-diagnosis and on the diagnostic pathway to access the support. We work with families for 12 weeks and build a personalised plan with agreed targets to help meet their needs.0-3 Parent toddler groupsWe run 2 hour sessions once a week with children aged 0-3 and their parents to help children meet their development milestones and provide parents with advice and activities they can use at home. 4-11 Play sessionsAfter school group sessions for children and young people providing an opportunity to socialise together, make new friends, share new experiences and learn basic independence skills.12-25 year old sessions.We work in partnership with Interplay who run the sessions for 12-25 year olds.
