Managing Better is a free home visiting service offering practical help for older people with sensory loss, dementia, or who have had a stroke.Our dedicated Managing Better Caseworkers will visit your home and provide vital information and practical help to enable you to live as freely and safely as possible.We can provide adaptations to your home that are necessary if you are suffering from sight loss, hearing loss, dementia or have had a stroke.Five Welsh Charities InvolvedThe service is a collaboration between five Welsh charities, who are all committed to helping older people. These are: Care & Repair Cymru Alzheimer's Society Cymru RNIB Cymru RNID Stroke AssociationEach of the five charity partners brings unique expertise in a different area. This means that our caseworkers are fully equipped and have resources to support older people, whether they suffer from sight loss, hearing loss, dementia or have had a stroke.
