What we do

The Penarth Memory Cafe provides a safe space for socializing and is a place to gain information and resources. Come along and enjoy some fun activities, get to meet new friends, with free refreshments available.

Who do we support

For those living with Dementia, Parkinson's, MS, Stroke and their families and unpaid Carers.

This service is for people aged between 50 years and 100 years.

Is there a charge to use this service?

No

Can anyone use this service?

No referral required. These sessions are free. To attend register your interest by emailing Chrissy Darby at christine.darby@homeinstead.co.uk
