What we do

Pregnancy in Mind (PiM) is a virtual group work programme and is a chance for parents-to-be who have low-level depression and anxiety to gain support and learn self-help techniques to help them through their pregnancy.

This programme is for parents-to-be who are 12-26 weeks pregnant and known to have past or current episodes of low-level depression and anxiety. It’s open to mums-to-be and partners-to-be, whether in a couple or on their own. You may be expecting your first or subsequent babies.

Parents-to-be will learn strategies based on evidenced-based approaches delivered within a virtual platform. You will be able to link in with other parents-to-be and get support. You will also learn ways to relax and handle the ups and downs of pregnancy.
