Our Advocacy service has held the Quality Performance Mark since 2009. The Advocacy service is completely independent and impartial of any other services or public bodies and is available within the local authorities of; Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly and Monmouthshire. The advocacy service operates Monday to Friday between 10am-3pm and is free of charge.It is in addition to any help that social services or other agencies may already be providing.
