What we do

Cyfle Cyf is a not-for-profit organisation in Gwynedd supporting young people aged 16–25 who are homeless, at risk, or struggling with independence. We offer a Drop-In for advice, Floating Support in the community, and Supported Housing to build Independent Living Skills. Our projects include Cam Cynta for young parents, Pantri Bach for batch cooking and budgeting skills, Cyfle Iach for outdoor activities, Start-Up Grants for first tenancies, and Warm Home Grants to help young people stay safe and warm. We also run a community Warm Space, offering a welcoming place to keep warm, connect, and access support. In times of need, we provide emergency food parcels and crisis-intervention batch cooking sessions, funded by Gwynedd Council’s Emergency Food Aid. Rooted in the community, we work with local partners to give young people the stability, skills, and confidence to thrive.

This service is for people aged between 16 years and 25 years.
