What we do

Stroke Recovery Service
Practical support and information for you after a stroke.

If you’ve had a stroke, we’re here to help. One of our Stroke Support Coordinators will work with you to identify what matters most to you so we can best support you throughout your recovery.

We offer:
• A personalised review of what’s important to you.
• Someone to talk to who understands.
• Tips to support your recovery.
• Information about stroke and support to access other local services.
• Information on how to reduce your risk of stroke.
• The chance to share experiences with others in a similar situation.
• Telephone and online support.
• Hospital and home visits.

Who do we support

Available to: Stroke survivor, family & carers during the first-year post stroke 18 years +

Is there a charge to use this service?

No

Can anyone use this service?

Open referral system - stroke survivors, families, and carers over the age of 18, up to a year post stroke.

Monday- Friday- 9:00am- 5:00pm
