What we do

Legacy in the Community is a charity whose aim and purpose is to work together with community organisations and groups to break down barriers in our communities that prevents inclusive and diverse social and economic inclusion.

Who do we support

We deliver the Welsh Government funded Working on Wellbeing Wales project in Powys, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. An employability programme that offers support and training to people who live with disabilities and long term health conditions.

This service is for people of all ages.

Can anyone use this service?

The service is open to anyone, all we ask is that any third party referral has the consent of the individual being referred.

Mon to Friday 0900hrs to 1700hrs
