What we do

We provide FREE, impartial advice to householders across South East Wales to try to help people to reduce their energy bills.

We can provide advice on all things energy-related, from switching energy suppliers, to fuel debt, to advice on getting renewable energy technologies installed on properties.

We also run schemes that can pay for people to have FREE BOILER replacements or repairs, LOFT or CAVITY WALL insulation and other home improvements that increase the energy efficiency of houses.

One of our main objectives is to tackle Fuel Poverty, so we can provide a personal service to help people to improve their ability to afford their energy bills through home visits, referrals, and assistance over the phone and online.

This service is for people aged between 16 years and 100 years.
