What we do

We are a befriending service, specialising in supporting vulnerable people who may be experiencing loneliness or isolation in our community. We would like to update you on a new service we can now provide to support older people experiencing isolation in Gwynedd, in the Bangor/Caernarfon/Bethesda areas – Eryri Cooperative Community Access Project, which is supported by the National Lottery Community Fund. We are able to offer a free, time-limited service whose remit is to support individuals back into their communities. This can include support to access community activities/ events, shopping trips, sitting service for carers of loved ones with dementia, home visits for company, including chatting, light housework, opening letters , organising appointments, day trips out or attending appointments.

This service is for people aged 18+.
