Have choice and take control
Men are often taught to be strong and tough, to never show emotion or vulnerability. But sometimes, life can be overwhelming, and we all need someone to talk to. If you are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, or any other mental health issue, you are not alone. Brawd is a support group here to offer you a safe and confidential space to share your feelings, thoughts, and experiences with other men who understand what you are going through. Our meetings are held twice a week, with ad-hoc meets in between, for men ages 18+ from all backgrounds. Referral or diagnosis are not needed– just the willingness to take care of your mental health. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. We are here to support you on your journey to mental wellness on Mondays 6pm- 7:30pm at Ty Canna, 40 Market road. Cardiff, CF5 1RZ and Thursdays 6pm-7:30pm at Wales Millenmium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff, CF10 5AL.We also have a music group, walking Group and more!
