Our Nature Based Cancer Support Sessions take place every Tuesday morning at Velindre Cancer Centre. The sessions are designed for those affected by cancer, including patients, families and friends. We provide a safe and non-judgemental space through support sessions based around Painting, Whittling, Forest Bathing, Choir / song, Bread making, Butter churning, Weaving, Nature education.The sessions are always based around the therapeutic properties of nature, and are centered around the core principles of finding a use for everything, with nothing being wasted. The sessions are about the process and not the product, our motto is, “We don’t do perfect!”The sessions are completely free to attend. Please get in touch to book your place!
