What we do

Reel Minds run fishing sessions across South Wales to improve physical and mental health. We supply the bait and equipment and can provide transport. No experience necessary - full coaching provided.

Who do we support

Our sessions are for anyone that wants to get outside, meet people, socialise, enjoy nature or just get time away from the daily grind. We cater for all ages and abilities. Young people, 60+, mobility problems, ADHD, Autism, male and female.
