What we do

Free low impact exercise class for the over 50s.
These fun sessions are designed to improve your strength and balance, mobility and wellbeing.
All exercises can be done sitting or standing,
No sports clothing required

Join us for gentle activities followed by refreshments in a social and supportive environment.

This service is for people of all ages.
