The Wednesday evening yoga session is designed to be inclusive and accessible for people who are ambulant but have various disabilities, such as physical disabilities, chronic pain, balance issues, or mobility impairments. The practice can be adapted to accommodate a wide range of conditions and limitationsYoga offers numerous benefits, including increased flexibility, improved posture and balance, enhanced strength, reduced muscle tension, stress relief, improved focus and an overall sense of well-being. It also promotes body awareness and mindfulness.
Yoga Mobility classes are suited to anyone at any ability, with more help offered to those who may need it.
This service is for people aged 18+.
