What we do

This directory contains a list of small, independent care and support services in Carmarthenshire.

It has been put together by the Catalysts for Care project, a partnership between PLANED and Carmarthenshire County Council to support the development of care and support enterprises in Carmarthenshire.

The purpose of this directory is to provide more choice for people to find a personal, local care or support service that works for them.

The services are split into two categories:

Home Care, Home Help and Community Support Services
Wellbeing and Community Services

All services are run by local people on a small scale. Being small means that they can provide the time and consistency to build a real understanding and relationship with the people they support.

Who do we support

Everyone - children, adults, older people, parents, carers and professionals.

Is there a charge to use this service?

Yes - Every micro-enterprise is their own business and therefore have variable rates, however they are in line with fair pricing and market value. Please enquire directly to ascertain the individual costs.

Can anyone use this service?

Anyone can use the resource.

9 am - 5 pm
