Your care by Myfanwy has 30 years experience and offers quality care to those who need extra support to stay at home independently. Clients are treated with dignity and respect at all times. This service provider is happy to work with client and family to tailor make care to suit the client
NOTE this is a bilingual care service

and the wider Wrexham community

Who do we support

This service is for clients who require support to enable them to stay at home and be independent for longer
Service provider is DEMENTIA CARE TRAINED and completed various training and awards over the years up to Level 4 management all in Health and Social Care.
I am a trainer in the following: Dementia City and Guilds, Parkinson City and Guilds.

SERVICES PROVIDED INCLUDE but not limited to –
• PERSONAL CARE
• CATHETER CARE
• MEDICATION REMINDERS
• HOUSEHOLD TASKS
• COMPANIONSHIP
• FAMILY RESPITE
• HYDRATION AND NUTRITIONAL MEALS

This service is for people aged between 50 years and 100 years.
