What we do

Our Hot Ladies Menopause Support Group meets the last Monday of every month at the PENLEY RAINBOW CENTRE for 6:30pm - 8pm

Come along for fun, laughter and lots of support from others who understand the challenges of the menopause and perimenopause

NO NEED TO BOOK, JUST COME ALONG

Who do we support

This group is for ladies who are experiencing the effects of the menopause.
NOTE - Ladies you do not need a medical menopause diagnosis to benefit from the support this fabulous group provides.

This is a free session, though a donation of £3 is gratefully received to cover the use of the room and refreshments which are provided

This service is for people aged 18+.
