Communities for Work Plus (CfW+) is available to people aged 16+ across Flintshire who are not in employment, education or training. We are also able to support those who have been given a redundancy notice.CfW+ is a voluntary programme, offering help, support, guidance and training in relation to finding employment, through a 1-2-1 service from our team of dedicated mentors.Our team is in place across Flintshire to provide support, for people of all ages and abilities to engage in employment related qualifications, improving essential skills, confidence and in securing work, or training opportunities.Mentors can meet you in community venues and libraries that suit you, meaning less travel to find the help that you need.If you think we might be able help you in your search for work, training or qualifications please contact us.
CfW+ is open to everyone across Flintshire not in education, employment or training, as well as those under a redundancy notice as long as they are 16+.

Anyone can contact us directly via the council website, or if they prefer a third party referral, then agencies such as council departments, GP's, Health Care Professionals and JCP Work Coaches can refer into us on their behalf.
