What we do

The Wrexham Wellbeing Portal is here to support children, young people, parents/carers and anyone who works with them by providing information, advice and support. The Wellbeing Portal can help with anything to do with family life, respite for children with disabilities, to help with benefits and debts, mental wellbeing or children's behaviour, you can get it all at the Wellbeing Portal.

The Wellbeing Portal can provide access to a range of prevention and early help services from a range of organisations all in one place. You only need to tell your story once.

You can either put the request through yourself or call 01978 292094 and you can complete the request over the phone.
