What we do

My Whole Life is a programme offering a package of support to help participants improve their mental wellbeing and address many of the issues they may face on a daily basis.

Who do we support

Funded by the Lottery Community Fund and in partnership with Growing Space, Caerphilly Borough Mind offers a tailor-made support package to individuals over the age of 18, who live in Caerphilly borough.

This service is for people aged 18+.
