What we do

We are a free advice service available to Caia Park which is funded by the Community Council.

Advice is available on a wide range of subjects such as health, benefits, housing, basic debt advice and consumer problems. We can also assist in completing forms for PIP. Attendance Allowance, Carer’s Allowance and ESA applications (by appointment). If we cannot help we will refer you to someone who can.

The service is available Monday to Thursday 8.45am – 4.45pm. Appointments can take place either via a phone call or face to face.

Please note that sessions may change due to staff availability.
