Our Family and Friends Programme at Recovery Cymru is a dynamic, peer-driven initiative crafted to support individuals with loved ones navigating the path of recovery.The programme is rooted in the lived experiences of our peers, ensuring that our support remains relevant, empathetic, and responsive. As we grow together, so does the programme!A welcoming and non-judgmental space to find support.1:1 recovery coaching.Telephone and email support.Within our operational hours, we offer crisis support, ensuring timely assistance and guidance during challenging moments.Join our evening support group every Sunday (6 pm – 7:30 pm) at the Recovery Centre and connect with others who can relate to your experiences. We have recently started a monthly meeting we have named the insight sessions. An issue that concerns members can be discussed in depth with a speaker (sometimes an R.C. member other times an invited speaker from another organisation) leading the conversation.
