What we do

A full day of wellbeing activities including gentle walks, seated exercises, board games, and arts & crafts. Designed to support social connection, confidence, and fun in a warm, inclusive environment.

Who do we support

People who would benefit from gentle exercise such as seated movement or short walks.
• Anyone looking to improve their wellbeing through social activities and creativity.
• Those who may feel isolated and want to connect with others in a friendly group.
• Individuals with low confidence who would enjoy trying arts, crafts, and games in a supportive setting.
• Open to people of all ages and abilities, including those with mental health challenges, neurodivergence, or learning disabilities.

This service is for people aged between 18 years and 100 years.
