Additional learning needs play session - an interactive play session centred on sensory experiences

Who do we support

Family Support in South Conwy - We are a team of Family Workers based in the South of Conwy. We cover: Llanrwst, Llanddoged, Maenan, Eglwysbach, Trefriw, Dolgarrog, Caerhun, Betws y Coed, Capel Curig, Dolwyddelan, Bro Machno, Ysbyty Ifan, Bro Garmon, Pentrefoelas, Cerrigydrudion, Llanfihangel, Llangwm, Llangernyw.

We offer: Information and advice, Family support sessions and drop in’s, 1:1 support in all aspects of family Life.
