LSH - The EH Life Skill Hub is a day service dedicated to fostering meaningful leisure, learning, and life skills. It offers a stimulating and supportive environment where individuals and project staff collaborate with confidence. The hub serves as a safe space for making friends, building self-assurance, and offering limitless opportunities for self-expression through creative activities. Tailored timetables are provided, reflecting an individual's interests. Annually reviewed personal plans are developed to set objectives and honour accomplishments. The service promises to be enjoyable, engaging, and highly supportive, all while teaching new life skills that empower people to become more confident and independent.
Our service is designed for people aged 18 and over with learning difficulties and mental health challenges. We offer support tailored to individual needs, ranging from encouragement to comprehensive personal care, including moving and handling. This service is for people aged 18+.
Yes - To use this service, you will be credited awards to use on the DO IT Day service site. There is an agreed day service charge of £51.45 through the local authority. If an Individual is successful, they will be awarded credit to use on the site: https://www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/day-opportunities. There is an additional 1:1 rate, which is charged per hour. We are a Tier2/3 provider on the DOIT framework.
