What we do

Cariad Care Group provide Care Workers to assist you, a family member or friend with daily tasks that may be a little more difficult than they used to be. Our Care Workers deliver care with compassion and empathy. They can assist you with community-based activities, attending appointments and shopping for example.

Our service is about you and accommodating your needs wherever we can without compromising your safety and independence. You will always be treated with dignity and respect, it is your home, we are here to help where we can. We provide a reliable, welcoming service, where everybody feels like part of our family.
We provide care for people living in their own homes with dementia care, palliative care, community support, respite.

We are on the Vale of Glamorgan's Approved provider List.

Who do we support

We provide care services for anybody over the age of 18 years to how ever old.

We also have our own onsite training facility the room has all the following equipment in place
• Boardroom table capable of seating 10 comfortably
• 55-inch television with HDMI link up for your laptop
• WiFi
• Refreshments area (kettle, cups, glasses, tea, coffee, sugar, water included in room hire)
• Hospital bed
• Moving and positioning hoist
• Rise up armchair
• Patient mover (steady)

This service is for people aged 18+.

Office hours are 09.00 – 16.00pm Monday to Friday supported by 24 hours on call service for anything needed out of these hours.
