What we do

We offer a range of services:
Professional counselling (in person, on-line/phone counselling)
Non-therapeutic group activities such as art therapy.

Who do we support

We specialise in supporting adult 18+ survivors of childhood sexual abuse, we also support family members, carers and friends. We provide support across the 6 counties of North Wales.

This service is for people aged 18+.

You can self-refer into our service at any point via our website or give us a call, text or e-mail. We also take referrals from professional agencies.
