What we do

We give free, confidential, independent and impartial advice to everyone across Ceredigion and border communities, no matter who you are, what the issue or how you want to get in touch.

Can anyone use this service?

Anyone can contact us for themselves. We only accept enquiries on behalf of a family member or friend with the person's active involvement and consent. We also accept referrals, with consent, from local groups and organisations.

 Opening times

We operate 5 days per week and you can reach us:
- by text, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and email at any time
- by phone on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 10am and 1pm
- in person at our weekly in-person advice sessions, from 10am until 3pm, on Monday in Lampeter (Emaus Church, SA48 7AB), Wednesdays, from 10am until 2pm in Aberystwyth (St Pauls Methodist Centre SY23 2NN) and, from 10am until 3pm in Cardigan (St Marys Old School Hall SA43 1DW)
