What we do

Cardiff & Vale Seibiant Sanctuary is a place where you can get emotional urgent support in a mental health crisis at times of day when most other services are closed.
It's a calm and quiet place where you can talk to our team about what's happening. You can stop, breathe, and start to think about the next steps.
The team can also help sign post you to relevant services related to your needs, such as counselling services, financial advice, drug and alcohol services, alternative therapies, peer support services etc.
Support is available in-person or over the phone - 7 days a week, 5pm - 1am.
We are located in Cardiff and are open every day of the year from 5pm till late. The first step is to call the NHS 111 helpline by dialling 111 and pressing 2. If appropriate, the NHS 111 team will refer over to the Sanctuary and one of our team will aim to call you within 30 minutes. We offer telephone support for 30-45 minutes, and face to face appointments up to 2 hours, the same evening.

This service is for people aged 18+.
