What we do

Clubbercise with Sian at Croespenmaen Community Hall! Bringing a night out to your workout!

Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm (First timers please arrive 10 minutes prior to session to complete a PAR-Q)

£6 per person - suitable for all abilities.
