What we do

Simon Dementia is a resource site dedicated to Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) and activity ideas linked to music, culture, history and daily events. It provides themed activities, quizzes, discussion prompts and creative materials designed to support engagement, reminiscence and conversation for people living with dementia or those involved in care and group activities, including at home. CST Song of the Day features a daily music selection linked to calendar events, anniversaries and awareness days. Each entry highlights a song with background context, encouraging discussion, reminiscence and shared listening as part of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy or general wellbeing activities, including at home. https://www.ctsongoftheday.co.uk

The Simon Dementia YouTube channel shares music clips, themed playlists, quizzes and visual slides designed to accompany CST activities and nostalgic discussions.
