What we do

This is a community growing and wellbeing space that has been set up to support community members mental and physcial health by giving them the opportunity to take part in a therapeutic horticulture activity based at the Caerphilly Health and Wellbeing Hub situated in the Lower Trethomas Allotments

Who do we support

Adults - The programme if for community members who may be feeling isolated, anxious or dealing with non clinical depression. The programme also provides a great location for clients who maybe pre-diabetic or are dealing with cardiovascular issues to be active in a safe environment.

This service is for people aged 18+.
