I am based in Flint and local areas, I am community based support. Supporting people to live their best life and remain living in their own home with family around them. With this support, clients can remain independent. I focus on wellbeing giving clients a person centred care plan. This allows everyone to fulfil their hopes and dreams.
I support adults of all ages 18 to 80 and beyond. I support adults who need an extra bit of support, a chat, some company, attending a hospital appointment, an evening out but don't want to go alone.
