What we do

I provide specialised psychological services exclusively for women, with a focus on helping individuals who are navigating complex challenges related to addiction, mental health, and personal development. My practice is dedicated to empowering women to overcome obstacles, heal from trauma/abuse, and achieve lasting positive change through evidence-based therapeutic methods.

Who do we support

My services cater to a wide range of clients, including teens, adults and elders (65+).

Allied Communities: I proudly serve women who identify as bisexual, lesbian, or are allies of racial justice. I also have a deep commitment to supporting single mothers.

This service is for people aged 18+.

Can anyone use this service?

No, service is available to all women aged 16+
