What we do

Homeless Pembrokeshire is a charity operating in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire under the working name Homeless Carmarthenshire. The charity aims to alleviate the hardship for people who find themselves street homeless, or who are on the brink of homelessness by:
Providing emergency rough sleeper packs
Providing food aid
Sign posting
Referrals to partner organisations
Welfare checks
Educational talks and seminars
Homeless LocalLink app

Who do we support

Anyone is welcome to contact us who may be homeless, about to become homeless, concerned others, family, friends or members of the public. Support workers, volunteers or managers working for an organisation.
No referral is required, we operate 7 days a week and provide an outreach service.

This service is for people aged 18+.
