Provide a FREE carbon monoxide alarm and assistance to sign up to the Priority Service Register.
Support with referrals to MS Society services, Citizens Advice, and local health or care providers.
Wellbeing advice through connections to benefits, activities, and other expert organisations.
Personalised help from our team, who’ll take the time to understand your needs and match you with the right resources.

Who do we support

The aim of our Community Connections Project is to provide support for those living with and affected by MS, in Wales and Southwest England. This new initiative aims to make life easier for those with MS, their families, friends, and unpaid carers.
Covering Wales and Southwest England.

This service is for people aged 18+.
