What we do

Come and join our regular Tai Chi & Qigong class in Rowen, Conwy County. I also offer soul level therapies through Shamanic healing such as Soul Retrieval and Akashic Record Clearing.

Who do we support

Adults and senior members of the local area.

This service is for people aged 60+.
