Hangar HPC is a family-run gym based in Penarth Road, Cardiff with a great range of equipment, and strength and combat sport classes coached by experts.Opened and founded by local resident and business woman, Faith Attwell, we opened in June 2017 with a view of having training for Strength, Conditioning, Combat Sports – including MMA all under one roof.We offer strength training, gym training, wellbeing and wellness, nutrition, personal training, combat sports including kickboxing, BJJ, freestyle wrestling and MMA.
