What we do

Free confidential support and advice for the over 50's providing a facilitated signposting service to direct citizens to appropriate services and agencies. Information on groups, clubs and activities. Help with form filling, help with applying for services online. Help individuals make informed choices about their future needs.

Over 50's living in Rhosllanchrugog, Johnstown and Ponciau

This service is for people aged between 50 years and 100 years.
