What is Tai Chi? Tai Chi is a series of movements that can improve both physical and mental balance, increase strength, flexibility and coordination. Combining flowing movements with mindfulness, all while being enjoyable and accessible to everyone.

Whether you’re looking to boost your well-being or simply try something new, Tai Chi offers a relaxing and rewarding experience. Come and give it a go
