What we do

The North Wales Victim Help Centre is here to help anyone affected by crime, not only victims, but their family, friends and any other people involved. We support victims of every crime type.

Who do we support

If you’ve been affected by crime and are finding it difficult to cope, you can talk to us. We’re here to help, regardless of when the crime happened and whether or not you have reported it.

This service is for people aged between 13 years and 100 years.

Is there a charge to use this service?

No

 Opening times

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 20:00.
Saturday 09:00 - 17:00.

Where do we provide our service?

We will take reasonable steps to ensure the information within the website is as accurate as possible. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of this information.
