About Turn Wales is a veteran-led organisation delivering peer-to-peer support to former service personnel from a lived experience perspective. Our work focuses on helping veterans navigate a range of challenges, including housing, welfare, and pensions – both military and civilian – through practical support and meaningful engagement. In collaboration with Barry Rugby Club, we are proud to support a community-led initiative that offers a safe, inclusive space for both the Barry civilian and veteran communities. The initiative provides warm meals and a welcoming environment for individuals to gather and connect, fostering a sense of belonging and support. On the veteran side, About Turn Wales is actively involved in providing tailored assistance to those who require it, this is held weekly from 11:00 to 13:00pm every Wednesday. Please contact for venue information.
