Way Forward is an online support group for all women affected by another person's gambling. The group provides a non-judgmental, safe and supportive space for women to share their experiences, speak with other women in similar situations and find comfort, and empower one another. Over seven-weekly 2-hour sessions the group explores a number of topics including the importance of looking after yourself, guilt and shame, dealing with anger and resentment and how to have difficult conversations.Way Forward is available to all women in the UK over 18 years old.
