Vale Stepping Stones is a charity that has been set up to support adults with learning disabilities. We run friendly groups , fun nights, and events that help reduce isolation, build confidence, and create lasting friendships. We have a weekly women's group where we learn about inspirational women, do creative and fun activities and go on trips. Our Wellbeing Group is a relaxed and supportive group for people with learning disabilities to focus on feeling good, making friends, and building confidence. Our Parents group is a welcoming group for parents with learning disabilities to share experiences, build friendships, and support each other.We also have monthly bingo and quiz nights where we have fun and enjoy a meal and a drink together.
Adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities who live in Barry and the Vale of Glamorgan.
