Adferiad’s Supported Accommodation service is delivered to occupants across three supported accommodation properties and one single-tenancy flat in the county borough of Wrexham who are experiencing a serious mental illness and have housing-related needs. This Wrexham housing-related support project is provided over seven days a week from 9am – 8pm (however, one of the properties and the single tenancy flat receives daily contact / visits for when the occupants need it). This project has proven beneficial to individuals by enabling them to work on their daily living skills and allowing them to move on towards independent living, preventing relapse and homelessness.
We deliver support to individuals 18 years of age and above in a shared supported accommodation property and a single tenancy flat who are experiencing serious mental ill-health and may have substance dependency needs.
This service is for people aged 18+.
