Have choice and take control
Your Resilience is a UK-wide programme which supports young people’s mental health resilience. Delivered in non-educational settings, Your Resilience equips young people with the tools and knowledge to maintain their mental health through life’s transitions, both now and in the future. Overall, we want to offer a refreshing perspective on resilience amongst young people by supporting an open conversation about what resilience is, and what is required to build it.
Delivered in all non-educational settings to children and young people aged 14 – 18 years old.
