Have choice and take control
The Adferiad Ceredigion Time Critical Intervention (TCI) service is funded by Ceredigion County Council Housing Support Grant and was established by the Local Authority to provide quicker access to vulnerable people in Ceredigion who have identified housing-related support needs. TCI is also designed to enhance existing rapid rehousing systems. The Wallich is the lead provider and Adferiad, as the county’s mental health specialist, works in partnership with the Wallich to offer their referrals as a floating or outreach support to those who are experiencing a serious mental illness and have housing-related support needs.
Our service is available to anyone in Ceredigion aged 16 years or over who has a serious mental illness, no immediate access to settled accommodation, and whose needs match the threshold covered by the Housing Support Criteria.
This service is for people aged between 16 years and 100 years.

Individuals will need to have a local connection with Ceredigion; have a serious mental illness and be at risk of losing their tenancy and require housing-related support. Referrals to Adferiad can be made by Ceredigion County Council Housing Support Grant Team / The Wallich or by The Care Society. If you would like to request more information or to discuss the referral process with us, please get in contact using the phone or email address above.
